The Lozi people of Zambia

2020 Lockdown
In 2020, the world stood still. COVID-19 brought lockdowns, border closures, and global uncertainty. But even in the silence, God was speaking.Though most industries shut down, the Bible plant remained open—educational materials were considered essential, and what could be more essential than the Word of God?
Just a week before lockdown, the team received the Lozi Bible text from Zambia. They began printing immediately. Once complete, God gave the next instruction:
“Take them to Zambia.”
But the borders were still closed. Anton arrived at the South Africa–Botswana border. The area was eerily empty—no traffic, no movement—just one official at immigration. A man who clearly held rank and authority. He looked at Anton and asked,
“Can’t you see the border is closed?”
Anton replied, “Yes. But I’m taking Bibles to Zambia.”
The official leaned forward.
“What language?”
Anton answered, “For the Lozi people.”
The man stood tall, placed his fist to his chest, and said with pride,
“I AM A LOZI!”
With that, he stamped Anton’s passport and personally rushed him through the border.
Because God’s Word cannot be quarantined.
When God says go, not even a global shutdown can stop His plan.
He always makes a way.
