The Hanchko Web

Faithful in the little
In 2007, we started printing Bibles in a small, humble printing house. We folded each Bible by hand and bound them on a manual hand-binder. It was simple work, but we did it faithfully, believing that even small beginnings matter when God is in it.
Then, in 2013, the Lord opened a door we never expected.
Someone called and asked if we were interested in buying an old web printing machine. It was far beyond what we could afford at the time, so we politely declined. But the person insisted that we at least make an offer. Almost jokingly, we offered about 10% of the machine’s actual value—fully expecting a no. But to our surprise, the man agreed.
The only problem? We didn’t even have that amount of money in our account.
Yet just a few days later, by God’s provision, that exact amount was deposited into our bank account—completely unexpected, completely on time.
Anton flew to Cape Town to oversee the machine's removal and transport. It took four interlink trucks to move it all the way to the North West Province. The trucks arrived in the afternoon, but by midnight, the riggers refused to continue. They were exhausted, and the lighting was poor. They said they would return the next morning to finish the job.
There was only one problem: if the trucks didn’t leave before 6:00 AM, we would be charged double for the transport—something we simply couldn’t afford.
Anton sat against the wall that night and began to pray, trusting God for help once again.
Then, out of nowhere, a man walked in and said, “Something told me to come to you tonight. I’m the owner of a major mobile crane company. How can I help?”
Within 15 minutes, a 20-ton mobile crane arrived at the site. The machine was unloaded, and the trucks left before 6:00 AM, just in time.
We’ve seen firsthand that when you are faithful with the little, God can entrust you with much. His provision and perfect timing still leave us in awe. This story isn’t just about machines or money—it’s about a God who sees, who cares, and who moves in miraculous ways when we trust Him.
All glory to God.
